Moulds/fungus have been seen growing inside & outside of my wardrobes, though I hve bought sprays which meant for wood-finishes to clean them again & again, until I finally give up and changed to a new sets. However, the problems still returns... (Note: the moulds/fungus are growing in a circular form, inside & outside of the wardrobe, on the same spot & with the same patterns. And my HDB area used to be a reclaimed land, I live on the 7th floor.) Very thankful if anyone can help to solve this problem

I agree this is caused by moisture, and some causes can be eliminated through properly functioning equipment.
First I would go ahead and thoroughly inspect your dryer's ventilation duct, make sure it is properly venting to the outside, and also when you run your clothes through, make sure they are dry before taking them out. If in doubt, buy a new vent hose, get the metal kind, it's only like 10 or 20 bucks and install it so now you know that is fixed.
Then, if your house is equipped with a heat pump, this should remove moisture automatically but a visual inspection of all the parts might help, perhaps replacing the filter? Also, up underneath the house there might be some pipes that if they leak or fail to drain the water properly, can contribute.
Perhaps a call to an A/C or plumbing technician may be in order.

Beyond that, check into acquiring a dehumidifier for the house (but they're not cheap, so do this last).

I not sure if this will help. Try put some charcoal in your wardrobes and your room. You can put in a container but must let the air flow. I assume that your room is aircon. That any reason why the air is wet.
