There are people out there that want you to believe McD's is bad for you. Thats so they can justify telling you what you should be eating - just look at the saturated fat law in NYC!

Eating every meal at McD's might be bad for you if you didn't balance the types of food.

It's not suppose to be bad for you, it is suppose to be a way to get a cheap meal fast when your short on time. When people eat there every day and pick the wrong items, that's when it becomes bad for you.

It is all about moderation people.

Dude because your taste buds are used to it. If you go without that garbage food for a year, it will taste like stale greasy butt cheese. Humans can like anything edible if they eat it long enough.
