yeah if it was... 2 years or more ago or if there wasnt anything valuable to steal. it depends on what position i would be hiring for.. cashier? HAS to be 2 years ago.. stocker? ha... again, 2 years.
secretary or receptionist.. or something like that.. sure.. i dont care!

It all depends on the job I am hiring that person for. If it's a job requiring autonomy, trust and handling money or goods, then I might not be as willing to take that risk. However if it's a job requiring supervision and there is low risk of embezzlement (that is access to money or goods), then that person could be a candidate.

Depending on how long ago it was and depending on what she stole.For example if she had no money and couldn't get food any other way or so they thought I would probably give that person a second chance but with close supervision

Yes. Seems like they wouldn't take any of my merchandise because they wouldn't want to risk any bad paperwork. I like a chance taker too, someone who will do whatever to survive. If they can get my profit margin up then, well, its cool.

I would not. Poor ethics, willing to take food from another persons family. Business owners have families too. You don't want someone who thinks it is OK to $crew someone just because they wanted something.
