Hmm… Sad stories, my father, my mother, my sister, my friend, the whole freaking world. But well, I don’t stay down for long. There’s always the love of friends—who might not show it openly—that’s there to keep me up. I’m an optimist, so I think—hope—my future will be filled with happiness, and if I’m too busy being down, I wont be able to enjoy the happiness that is right in front of my nose!! Yeah, sometimes it’s just good to shed the downess, get away from the people who are the source of it, and just live!
Plus, I am VERY fortunate (heck, I'm living and healthy) so that keeps me happy. :)

When I get so totally excited about something and my mom brings me down to earth with her practicalities and sensibilities.

I can't stand people that have the power to do SO much for the world but just stand on the sidelines and do nothing. It drives me insane...
And I can't stand it when I end up doing average on tests and stuff. I just feel so down because I want to feel like I'm better. Not better than someone else, just better than who/what I thought of myself.

People who you think you're tight with - who blow you off and act like you're a non-entity. That always brings me down a little.

Political Loud Mouths that pose as "news people"...
Just the facts, please... I have my own mind that I would like to make up.
Oh and angry traffic people... I suspect that they are listening to the angry "news people" while they drive...
