No. A chicken has characteristics of birds (cloaca, wings, feathers) and fish have charictarsitics of fish (operculum, scales, gills). Notice nothing overlaps.

Why not? I mean, I've heard of men who have sex with dogs... so why wouldn't other species interbreed? I mean, after all, feathers are just modified scales, and fish have scales, so why not? Plus, chickens look a lot like ducks, and ducks are aquatic, so you're almost there!
