When the battery no longer will charge. Cell phone companies do not support replacement batteresm so you are forced to buy another and sign a new contract. What a bummer.

I've had mine for 5 years. It works great and I have a great plan here in Alaska, However, I just found out that the battery is no longer available because they don't make that phone anymore. CellularOne tried to "Give" me a "Free Phone" only because they couldn't sell that trash and wanted me to sign a new 2 year agreement for the same plan that I already have for $20.00 a month more. I've been asking around & most people like that Razor

I get a new one about once a year...my kids on the other hand get a new one every time they lose it, forget it in their pocket & jump in the pool, set it on the hood or bumper of the car & forget about it...then drive off...or any one of many different reasons!
