They're an incredibly good team that when they're hot, they can go far. The only problem with Oregon is that you don't know what kind of team you're going to get. You're either going to get the "6 wins in a row and a PAC-10 Title" team. Or you're going to get the "6 losses out of 8 in late January/February" team. I think if they can keep the confidence from the PAC-10 Tournament then they can make big waves. We're talking Elite Eight waves and a potential matchup with Florida, should they be able to get past a potential Wisconsin matchup in the Sweet 16.
And with incoming Oregon AD footing the bill for students tickets to the NCAA Tournament, the Ducks will have their fans behind them. Seriously: http://sports.espn.go.com/ncb/ncaatourney07/news/story?id=2798581

Wisconsin? Have you seen them since Butch's injury? They are not the same team since then and the last game against OSU proved it. 2nd round ouster is a possibility but they'll certainly lose to Oregon in the sweet 16 if the Ducks maintain the momentum they established at the end of the year. They are seriously hot right now. Florida in the elite 8 will probably be too much for them though.

The Oregon Ducks have a shot at the elite eight in my opinion. EVEN a shot and the FINAL FOUR. If they played the way they played in the Pac-10 tourney, they can go far in the tournament. My favorite player on the ducks is Aaron Brooks. He's a BEAST. If he does good the team will feed off of his talent and will advance further into the tournament.

elite 8. The ducks ARE going to lose to Wisconsin for many reasons. One is alando tucker cannot be stopped, two its a big ten team, that means they play defense. so the ducks will not be given many easy baskets, three the badgers get to the free throw line, they have more free throws made then their opponent have attempted on the year. tucker and taylor only average a foul a game. im kinda a ducks fan, since my buddy is, but more of a badger fan, so i kinda wish the ducks were in a different region.

Barring injuries, it seems likely that they will, at the worst, get to the Elite Eight. Given their recent history, it would be pretty safe to give them 50/50 odds on taking the whole tourney. It wouldn't be fun to watch if we knew the answer... but it will be fun to watch the Ducks kick some serious tail on their way to win it all.
