Global warming or Climatic Changes affect the world economy in the following ways:
1. Foster new initiatives in technology progress in the ares of fossil fuel efficiency, reduction of fossil fuel energy consumption, reduction in emissions, commercialization of alternative fuels,
2. Raise the costs of production generally due to rise in prices of fossil fuel and the higher costs of alternative fuels,
3. Growth in Carbon trading
4. Changing crop pattern.and development of new seeds and crops that would be needed in plenty in warmer conditions.
However, the effect of all these will take time to be felt.
