i had a miscarriage a year ago. i went to the er and told the doctor that i had a postive test. i started clotting and bleeding alot and the doctor after 9 hours had concluded that i had indeed had a miscarriage. but then i got sent home and didn't get any orders except for bed rest. its not a year later and i have had nothing but a hard time trying to get my period to come down. i've been on progesterone and it came down but then didn't continue to come down afterward. my doctor although concerned about this was more concerned about my precancerous and hpv. i understand her concern but if this continues i'm afraid i won't be able to get preggo. should i have had a d and c or pills or is it normal for them to just say bed rest and nothing else? has anyone else had this same thing? i've recentley went to see another doctor and she is giving me a different pill to bring my menstration down. the good news is in the past 6 months it's come down twice on its own. so i'm wondering if it's

just a matter of time. i'm still young, 22, so i'm not too worry about getting pregnant now. but as soon as i get some stuff straighned out, i would like to get pregnant. i don't feel that it's fair to bring a baby in the world intentionally, knowing that i have precancerous and other health problems.

i haven't tried to get pregnant yet. i'm just having a hard time getting my period down. what i'm worried about is that not having a d and c could cause my period to stop suddenly. before the miscarriage, i had a period monthly!
