how do i make a pic bigger whats a good program ? with out it going blury ?

photoshop is a good program, but if that's not enough for you, you can buy a plugin for photoshop called Genuine Fractals, made by the company lizard tech.
It's impressive what can be done using genuine fractals.
But it is not cheap at all, it costs about 200-300 US dollars
