Hmm, not really sure if there is a petition to keep the Nets from moving, they already granted them a arena in brooklyn. Whoever owns the team has a right to move or manage the team as he/she pleases. There was a petition for moving the Nets to Brooklyn though. So I guess you'll have to talk to your local government in northern Jersey or go create some fuss in Brooklyn.

He doen't own the whole team, plus Jay-Z doen't coach or play so it isn't completely his fault
