You need shelter for the animals with fences, and of course, cows and goats. Start out with small herds first to make sure you have enough money and space to care for them (they eat and poop a lot). You could also sell the manure for fertilizer.
It would be nice to have running water to their shelter- then you do not have to carry water so far. You also need feed (hay) for the cows and goats if you do not have a lot of grass pastures for them to eat. Depending on what you can grow in Malaysia and the breeds of cows and goats you want, they may all need slightly different things.

My family has raised sheep and a few head of cattle.
I have no idea what the ramifications of your location would be. If I were you I would google cattle ranching in Malaysia. the do the same with the goats herding. I'm from the US so I don't know if hot, humid and rainy would be the best conditions for cattle. Raising cattle is a very expensive proposition. We do two things with cattle; beef and dairy. They take up a great deal of space and are hard on the land. To keep the land from be able to rotate the cattle over different pastures to keep the land from being depleted. They consume a great deal of alfalfa hay and grain.
Long story short you have your work cut out for you.
Good luck in your endeavors.

what kind of cows are available around there? just make shure the cow you choose is able to withstand the heat. you will need large pasture. make shure it is quite level, for cows can easily break a leg stepping in a hole. goats can and will eat anything and every thing, sturdy fencing will definately be needed. along with shelter for both even if it is a half shed. water troughs will be needed as well. also when choosing your cow, decide if you are raising them for meat, milk, or labor. Diffrent breeds do better at a certain task. goats, i dont think it matters much. um....i know cows needd certain anitbiotics and stuff. and its cheaper to start out young than buying full grown. um not shure what else, good luck

You need a lot of corral pannels! you need a water trough or two (it makes it easier than having a bunch of different water buckets) you will need hay; alfalfa, alfalfa/grass mix, or timonthy will do just fine timonthy is more expensive but it is sooo nice! however some things to keep in mind, if you get horses they can't handle straight alfalfa very well, and you realy don't need timonthy it's just nicer.
It is optional if you get grain for them or not.
You will need tools for clipping hooves if you don't hire a farrier.
you will need grooming tools such as brushes clippers etc.
Depending on how big your herd is you may need stable hands to help bring the animals into the barn (oh yeah you will need a barn for shelter for the animals in bad weather).
You will need a vet for vacsinations esspecialy since the place your going is humid there will be plenty of desiese carrying bugs.
The last thing i can think of is some kind of fly control.
