does ouran high school host club have a follow up?

japanese really are bad at making endings for their anime.. but i hope they dindnt end ouran high school host club alredy!? i love it to much!!!

Unfortunatly , there have been no plans to continue the anime.

Which is often the case for a lot of anime to end that way, as the main reason is because of viewership, unless the anime viewers is as much as the company wants, they'll end without giving a good ending. Much of the time endings are open ended because series are preplanned and they make an ending they can work with if the series was popular enough, if it isen't they leave it like that.

Another reason as mentioned if it caught up to the manga, they just create their own ending (which was the case for Ouran as they started to divirge from the original story)

And sometimes just because the anime was made as a tribute to the manga as a treat for the fans, and was only meant to be so long.

So far the only follow up/new thing will be the PS2 Ouran dating simulation game that comes out in April.

There is always the slight chance for more episodes, but that largly depends on if the fandom is still high. If the game sells well, they may consider it.

yeah most anime ending suck, but i finslly figured out why.
Reason#1- The anime caught up to the manga, and the people didn't want to change the story, so they just cut it off.
Reason#2-The anime is advertising the manga, i guess you can say. The leave of an ending so you'll buy the manga to know what happens.
