u cannot watch cricket online for free but u can get ball by ball live scorecard on cricinfo.com and zeecric.com and cricketworldcup.com

There are various web sites offering World Cup Cricket 2007 Live. There are many more offering ball by ball update. If u r working or in an office during the world cup matches as i am some times, i do log on to http://www.cricket.indhp.net. There is a small pop up score board when u log on. he keep the score board on the right corner of my desktop and gets ball by ball update.
So enjoy cricket along with the work. Your boss will also not complain, as he may not see that.

In the center gadget title "live cricket" or something like that, they have link to live matches on the internet. They are doing a awesome work but refreshing the deadlinks and adding new links at regular intervals. Also there is a link on the gadget that takes users to the forum where lot of other participating users are post links. If you find one , i recommend that you post it so that people like me would be able to get to it. I am quite happy to view the last 4 matches since i came across this site.

u have to need very high speed internet for tht and I dont think tht home users get tht much speed (alomost 256 kbps download speed). And if u got tht speed tht try forum.andr.net
u'll get ur internet TV over there and after putting tht link in Real player or WMP u can easily watch any channel free of cost including Cricket match too.
