I would not consider it littering because it is biodegradable. But the law would probably consider it littering because it could possibly create a hazard (slipping on a banana peel...lol), and is unsightly.

i'd say no, because that's going to easily biodegrade, and probably easily help both fertilize the soil, or feed a wild animal. the priority is, you may locate a dicky cop who will write you a value tag basically because. each of the products of the international has cops like that. If no ones round i'd toss it outdoors, you'll easily be feeding an animal or the soil, while in a garbage unload it might want to get contaminated by ability of chemical compounds and easily finally end up killing an animal that eats it.

YES IT IS AND YOU CAN BE FINED $1000 DOLLARS FOR DOING THAT I KNOW I GOTE FINED $1000.00 FOR A CAN THAT MY SON THROUGH OUT THE CAR WINDOW AND I GOTE STOPPED BY A HIGHWAY PATROL OFFICER AND HE GAVE ME A TICKET AND I WENT TO COURT AND THE JUDGE GAVE ME A $1000 FINE AND HAD TO BE PAID IN 30 DAYS WHAT A SHAME FOR ME SO DONT THROW ANYTHING FROM A MOVEING VEHICALE WHILE INTHE CITY ARE THE HIGHWAYS IT IS AGAINST THE LAW NO MATTER WHAT IT IS OR WHERE IT IS OK THANKS AND I HOPE THIS HELPS ................

Yes. And not only is it illegal, it's irresponsible. It attracts wildlife close to roads ... which if you haven't noticed ... when animals and vehicles mix, the animal usually looses. Sometimes, the humans too ... sometimes, more than just property.

i hate litter but...i would think an animal may have feast on that. paper etc yes. but nature's groceries should be fine
