I don't hate them... they are just a third world economy that terrorists, Muslim extremists and drug users abuse... little education... not much more than tribes, once you get past the burbs...
it's like a bunch of people beating up a midget... they aren't really capable of handling many of the responsibilities they need to handle on their own... since many of these other factors have much more money and power than the government has...
