The best way to find out is to ask your child's teacher. You can then determine if it's a problem, or a compliment, and then proceed from there. Maybe your child needs corrections, or maybe a treat of some kind.

This is not good. It means the child is talking during periods he/she shouldn't be. Talk to the teacher so that your question will be answered as in what needs to be done to correct the situation.

She's probably saying you're very outgoing and sometimes step over the line. It's not really a bad or good thing, just something that you need to address. If it was really bad, she would have wrote interrupsts or something like that.

i hate your student because he shows me attitude and i want you to beat the stuffing out of your kid because i would go to jail if i did
Whenever teachers say something like this about me i say "great..... now im not the one making 10 dollars a week at age 40"
which usualy gets me kicked out with a behavior report in my hand(bad thing) and a detention slip

You're parents wil lthink it is bad as to me I dont care I love to talk to other kids that I can talk to basiclly it means u talk too much lol its the nice way of saying shut up

it's usually bad because that means the child is talking when he/her isn't supposed to be, if they are participating in class when they are supposed to, then talkative will not be written there, i should know, i used to have talkative on my report card from kindergarten to the 7th grade-haha

Probably not so good - but if they are getting their work done than maybe they aren't being challenged enough.
I had that on my report card as a kid...and look were I ended up...... YA! :)

That would depend on whether they mean that you participate in classroom discussion or that you talk too much during class. I would most likely think that they meant the later.

It's good if it means she is participating in class, it's bad if she is talking to her friends in class.
