THAT is a tough one. You could do a list of 100. Reefer Madness (originally, Tell Your Children). It depends on your type of comedy. I love Amazon Women On the Moon, but also Dr. Strangelove or, How I Learned to Stop Worrying and Love the Bomb. The Sexual Adventures of Candy is pretty good, but hard to find. More comedy than sexy.
