I'm thinking of buying either an extra refridgerator or a standalone freezer. Also I have a few one day passes to Sam's Club. I'm wondering how much I could save by buying a refridgerator at Sam's Club as opposed to somewhere else (for example wal-mart)

Good prices, but questionable selection

The last time I bought I looked at Lowe's for the scratch and dent units and made some excellent buys. Some people will not buy them because they are scratched or dented but the ones I buy are the ones that have the flaws in areas that are not seen once I put them in place. I have priced units at Sam's and was not impressed and if you are using the one day pass you normally have to pay a 5 or 10 percent fee over the cost a member pays.

Does Sam's club has a good price on refrigerators? I think it does, if you have a membership card. It may not be the best option for a selection, if you want an up-to-date or an advanced one.

you can get better at sears. if they have an outlet near you, go there and see what they have 'scratch and dent', some are just returned. ours was too big for the space, but the housewife accepted it thinking that they would move the cabinets around. cost her 15% to return it, so we saved. they have all kinds of brands and styles!! hope there is one near you, good luck.
