wipes or napkins. But I rarely run out of toilet paper because I buy in bulk!!

Toilet paper is one thing I can honestly say that I make absolutely sure that I don't run out of. That's the best way I can answer this question.

I make sure that don't happen and I can't remember the last time it happened. I think I was like 18 and it was a paper towel.

Kleenex or paper towels. If I don't have either one of those then I use a wash cloth then throw it away.
