Adam West is easily the best Batman ever and also the most true to the comics even with the campiness prevalent in that movie and series. Along with Burt Ward and Yvonne Craig as Robin and Batgirl, they truly captured something that has been missing in almost every other superhero movie and television show.
I'd also have to say the villians from that era were also the best. Jack Nicholson had nothing on Cesar Romero's Joker and who would want Jim Carey when you could have Frank Gorshin playing the Riddler. Also, as far as I'm concerned, there will never be anyone better at Catwoman than Julie Newmar. Halle Berry and Michelle Pfeifer couldn't hold a candle (or a whip for that matter) to this purrrrrrfectly priceless villainess.

Val Kilmer. Hands down. He is SO GREAT in Batman Forever! He rules the school. But Cristian Bale comes in a fantastic second.

i might could circulate with George Clooney in this. To me Michael Keaton wasn't that stable finding, and batman has to have the stable seems, George Clooney has them. He aslo has to nicely known the thank you to act and Val Kilmer wasn't very attainable. Definatley George Clooney!

Christian Bale, for one he is the only one who looks the closest to bruce wayne,also he plays the part really well and he is a good dancer just watch the newsies lol!
