Question about webcam video for compression?

Im trying to load a video to youtube but it wont let me because it says its to big. and its only about 2 minutes long. how can i compress it to make it fit?

Try compressing it with a lower bitrate. If you've overflowed youtube's limit with a 2 minute file, then the file probably isn't compressed at all. I think you can use something like virtualdub to compress it. I would also HIGHLY RECOMMEND using google video instead of youtube, so that if people like your video they can download and save it, instead of having to watch it in a tiny window on the youtube site every time.
