Yes, but use in the bath, it makes it more soft than oily. I always use lotion after the bath too. Makes everything much softer.

Many people have a false sense that it's hydrating. Baby oil will only give your skin a temporary feeling of softness. Why? Yes and is really good for your cuticles too. If you dont like using hte oil(which is really messy and fustrating) I know they make Bay oil Gel and even baby oil cream. So it goes on a lot easier and isnt so slippery.

Softer and smoother. I would massage my baby with it when she was real little. It calmed her down and kept her skin beautiful.
