Wikipedia the Anime and then look through the sources, usually there is the Anime's wiki site that tells you all the episodes and sometimes a brief synopsis of each. Sometimes Wikipedia will have the Episode guide, but usually the wiki site is more up to date!

Google the anime you want a list for... usually the official site for the anime will have a list. If your anime is shown on Adult Swim then go to adultswim.com and you'll find a list there. Lists are really easy to find if you have a little time on your hands.

Itazura na Kiss its a romantic comedy story about a high school girl named Kotoko who finally tells a fellow senior named Naoki that she has loved him from afar since she saw him on their first day of high school. However, Naoki, a haughty "super-ikemen" (handsome male) with smarts and sports talent, rejects her offhand. Fate intervenes when a mild earthquake ruins Kotoko's family house. While the house gets rebuilt, Kotoko and her dad stay at the home of her dad's childhood friend...whose son is Naoki. this fits with number one! 1. where a girl or magical girl changes a bad guy to a good guy

This in an anime site, but I've found it useful when looking for anime episode guides. It's for all TV shows and it has trivia and reviews and things as well as episode guides.

you can try AnimeYume.org (I think it's org- if it's wrong you still can use search engine to find it.) or Animesuki.com.
you can look for old episodes and new ones too. I use these and I find them very useful. you should try them too. They also provides links to individual fansubs.
If you're downloading using bittorent, I recommend you to change to BitComet, they works the same but with BitComet you can download individual files unlike Bittorent which you must download the whole batch.
