Hey, you're a soon to be fellow alum! I graduated from Keller and took 5 courses online. I completed 3 of the 5. I dropped the other two. In my opinion, some classes are well suited for distance learning. Success in an online class depends heavily on being proactive. Posting to the threads requires stick-to-it-ness.
Incidentally, I teach at a community college. I taught online last Fall for the first time. Other than some minor issues with the hosting company, it went well.

I have had the most problems with test coming up with bad questions or answers. I have emailed the professors about it and they fixed the problem. It just seemed that it happened quite a bit this semester with both classes that I am taking on-line. It gets aggravating.!!!
