Your cycle is the amount of days between periods. This is determined by counting from the first day of your last period to the day right before your next period. (so 1st day of period to 1st day of period) The average is 28 days but may can vary a lot from that.
"Your menstrual cycle begins with the first day your period starts (called "Day 1"). It ends the day before your next period starts. The average length of a menstrual cycle is 28 days. However, it is not at all unusual for women to have longer or shorter cycles. If you're not yet pregnant and you want to determine the length of your cycle, use the calendar to track your menstrual cycle."

The number of days between each cycle. Start from the last day of your last period and count the number of days until the start of your next. That is your cycle.

You cycle starts from the first day of your period (spotting doesn't count). Your next cycle begins when your next period starts. If you want to know how many days your cylce lasts, just count from the first day of your period until the next. Hope that helps.

your cycle starts the first day of your period. If your trying to get pregos then you want to have sex around the 14 day. give or take a few days. So just have sex atleast every other day starting on CD 10 and lasting to CD 18 if you can.

I think I know what you're asking, okay, if your cycle begins on the 1st, then you need to count 28 days until your next period. which should be around the 28th of that same month.
