see i dont really know a whole lot about relationships but i do know about decision making....you need to look at the situation...now ur ex cheated on you which i know is not a good feeling...and i understand how u can still have feelings for that person but u deserve better than that im sure u are an amazing person(no im not hitting on u)... so what you need to do is talk to this guy make peace...become friends....and if he doesnt want to then he is a jerk and you are definatly too good for him...but u should be honest with ur bf now cause nothing worse than some1 who keeps secrets...be open with both people and one may be offset by what you are saying...but by getting your feelings out there you will make yourself feel better as well as let yourself know where you stand with both guys...i think i kinda rambled here hope u can make some sense out of this....

This isn't good. If you're still in love with your ex, you're not being fair (don't ask if you are being unfair, you are being unfair) to your current boyfriend because you're not totally devoted to him.
If you can't put your ex behind you and focus on your current boyfriend, then you need to let him go. You should not have jumped into another relationship until you were totally over your ex and the assorted issues. Those things are going to cause trouble down the line....and it won't be pretty.

u dont get over it.if u were n love than there is no way of stoppin the feelin of gettin over u ex.find out if he stilll loves u like u love him.if he does try 2 work things out.if he doesnt than try 2 get over him.go with someone else.c if they can keep ur mind off him.if that doesnt help ur gonna feel like that til u stop thinkin bout what could have been.ur mind will get off of it.

Wow! your father totally should've asked you first. That's hurtful. Anyways, you should be glad that you found out now that he was a cheater. Once a cheater, always a cheater! you don't want to be married to him and at 40 you find out he's a cheater! That would be worse, with kids, possibly grandkids! eeeeeeek! Tell your dad to fire him for hurting you and move far away.

You will always carry a piece of him with you. First loves are never forgotten. You may need professional help. It may not be love. It is alright to care for him. He was your first. It is not alright to try to pursue a relationship with him as long as you are with another guy.
