You can't be serious. Do you have dogs? Are they labs? Are you sure it isn't them? Where are you when this happens? Beavers are nocturnal, so it would happen at night. Beavers aren't protected everywhere, so I'd check further into that.

If they are in your house, you may shoot them. Skin them out and sell the pelts. So buy a little .22 and load it with solid (not hollowpoint) rounds. Since this is indoors, it's close range and you could probably use a high-powered airgun.
