Theres a cougar tied to my clothesline, I think my neighbour did it, we have been at war for sometime now, I think this is pay back for when I put a skunk in his car.

I cant go near it, it growls and swipes at me. I dont want to call any authorities because they already have me on file for the skunk incident.

How can I get rid of it? Is there something I can drug it with so I can untie it?

throw a steak, cut the line and run. Nothing you have in your house will be enough to drug it.....now the interesting question is how did your neighbor get a cougar?

Did you ever see Taledaga nights with Will Ferrell? Master your fear and the cougar will not attack :)

Cougars, it is a well-known fact, are highly allergic to any kind of margarine. Simply smear yourself in the stuff any time you want to get any washing done, and you and the cougar can live in harmony. Take that, neighbour!

The only thing I could say is call a REALLY good animal control place and ask if they have any tranquilizers they could use on it.
