This happened to me about a year ago with this man in the supermarket. He wasn't even all that attractive, but I just happened to glance at him, our eyes met, and he just made my heart race and his eyes seemed to shine...like you said, I can't really explain it, I had never experienced something like that before with a stranger.
I hope this is something like what you are talking about.

I see it in certain people who I know are with God, it is a look that you cannot explain to others. I pass by people and when I look in their eyes I see God's love. Not everyone has that unfortunately. My mom has also experienced it.
