First of all, go to sleep earlier. Plus, you can think of it like If you get up earlier, you can have more time to put the make-up and look your best; or you can get up early, therefore, finish all things early and have plenty of time after, go shopping for example.

I'm a nightowl. There is no way I will get up early unless I have to (for work). On my days off I sleep in.
The only time I ever felt motivated to get up early in the morning was on vacation. In Europe I was up at sunrise because I was so excited I couldn't wait to get out & see everything (the Eiffel Tower, St. Peter's, all the places I had dreamed about). When I was in Algonquin I got up early hoping to see a moose & I took some extraordinary photos of the most breathtaking sunrise I'd ever seen (an ethereal mist rising off Smoke Lake the sunlight just peeking through the pines, the haunting call of the loon in the distance...I'll get up at 4:30 a.m. for that). Back home, in the suburbs, it's much harder to feel motivated to get up. I feel distanced from the beauty of nature. They constructed houses to block my view of the sunrise. I'm surrounded by cookie cutter houses. I hate my job & I dread getting up to go for dayshift.
"Early to bed, early to rise makes a man healthy, wealthy & wise." I always hated that cheesy saying! I suppose it follows then that Late to bed, late to rise makes a woman sick, poor & irrational... Whatever, it makes me a better writer. I do my best writing in the wee hours of the morning!
Anyway, good luck! I feel your pain!

You just have to want to do it. When you wake up, just take a deep breath and jump out of bed and jump in the shower or splash water on your face as fast as you can. That should wake you up. Or buy a yummy breakfast food and picture someone else eating it if you don't get up early.
hope something works. :D

Maybe you should figure out what holding you back from this? Take your motivation and add a little enthusiasm. What do you want to do in the morning? How about a good breakfast? Or vision yourself doing the things you would do in the morning. They say if you can vision it, you can make it happen.

put your alarm clock on the other side of the room so that you have to get out of bed to turn it off.

You really have not made the quality choice to wake up early.
It really isn't that important to you.If you decide for whatever reason that it is important..tell your body to shut up and get up!
