Is it true that i cant take any with whitenings on my skin?

Try zinc oxide cream... I used it for rashes and breakouts during my pregnancy, and I still use it to this day because it works so well... I haven't had a break out in over a year! I am not sure what you mean about whitenings... I never heard of not being able to use acne medication while pregnant... but if you're concerned check with your OBGYN.

Unfortunately, pregnancy brings a host of unmentionables. Acne is caused by a hormonal imbalance, along with cramps, mood swings, water bloat, and insatiable cravings. Talk to your physician about these changes and what can be done to help..like changes in diet, exercise, or even meditation.....each treatment is different depending on the person. Almost worse than teenage hormones, yours are raging!!!
Don't try anything without your drs approval. Just like coloring your hair, anything you apply to your skin with chemicals may be apsorbed by the fetus and can be potentially dangerous.
Check first, just to be safe! :)

With my first child I didn't break out, but with my second I did and I couldn't do anything about it. Now that I had her I am not haveing any problems.

yes but you can still try steam and other things.Good luck and I know what your going through just try some home remedies that have to do with food and not chemicals

maybe u can try to apply sunblack onli.. & do face mask..

Don't anyhow apply cream on ur face
