I have a 1991 buick regal 3.1L. There is a major problem. The car has a new fuel pump, fuel filter, egr valve, oxygen temp sensor. Now the car stalls out while driving, and won't start for a period of time. While driving on a inconsistent basis the check engine light flashes but goes out. The electric fans quit today as well. There is no trouble code registering. I don't want to spend a fortune on this car. Help.

You have two problems. The stall is probably a clogged catalytic converter, since this part only starts working when it gets warm, it is shutting your car off when it is warm, and then when it cools, the clog shrinks, and allows the car to run again. The fans could be bad fan motors, or a bad temperature sensor. The check engine light is probably just throwing a fit about the clogged catylitic converter, that's what was wrong with my 1993 buick skylark with a 3.3. Good luck my friend.
