My used track didnt come with no manual, so i want to know. What is the owner's manual recommended octane level for 2004 Chevrolet blazer?

First of all you did not specify what engine it is. That will determine what octane to use. If it doesn't show on the many stickers that they put on vehicles than call up the dealer or use a small amount of regular and if it pings than up grade to the next
available octane.

Recommended octane for anything but sportscars & turbos is 87. Running higher than that is a waste of money.

87 octane unless it is a flex fuel one and that is only if the gas cap is yellow. But otherwise it would be 87.
