There were a lot of great games released on the snes. I reccomend shopping at ebay. I agree with you wanting innocent, fun and cool games, something most of todays games are missing, here's some great SNES titles:
+Chuck Rock
+Super Mario All stars
+Donkey Kong (I, II and III)
+Mario Kart
+Chrono trigger
+Earthbound (hard to find/expensive though)
+Any of the final fantasy games
+Buster busts loose
+Bubsy/Bubsy II
+Aladdin

NES--TECMO BOWL
n64-- TONS its goldeneye by the way.... try the other rare title with the dump truck that you destroys buildings....name i cant recall.
PC-depends on prefrence but diner dash is incrediably addictive but very impossible to beat all levels

and no wonder your sick of video games all your platforms are outdated by about 10 years plus....suggestion upgrade your nintendo to Wii then you can play every nintendo game ever made. and dont bother getting another playstation because the only title that you listed GTA is gonna be on the Wii this time so dont waste money on a sony.

Have you tried Legend of Zelda: Ocarina Of Time and Majora's Mask for N64. (rated: E) There is Prefect Dark for N64.
If you want a game that interesting but the game is long you could play Legend of Dragoon or Final Fantasy VII. (rated: T)

Well, since you are limited to 2+ generations old console gaming and PC, maybe you should check out the Rayman series, or the Spyro games. Go to www.Gamespot.com, and from here you can browse by console, and genre of games that match your interests.
