I would have to say "The Last Song" it's about a father and son that haven't spoken and now the son is dying from AIDS. It is a great song with a wonderful message, not to mention makes me cry everytime, and I would like to say that it is based on a true story. But not sure if that is true.

I have to say "Tiny Dancer." Overplayed, yes, but it is such a great song.
