Yes and No. I would not want to be stuck married to someone who I am sexually incompatible with.

I believe in sex before marriage, for two reasons. One is...would you buy a car, without test driving it.?? (No, I don't think so). The second reason is... for sex to be enjoyable, (which it is supposed to be), then you have to try it the first time to see if the guy is compatible with the girl.
There is no place in the Bible that says that sex should be saved for a marriage. It just says that sex should be for a marriage, which means that the most times you do it, ....it should be with your married partner.
For all you Bible thumpers, I will ask the question, "Was Mary and Joseph married when they had sex.??" No, it was called a virgin birth, which meant sex before marriage. The Bible is a history book, what a bunch of people did thousands of years ago, not a rule book for the present time.
In the Bible, God said, "Go forth and multiply", which meant to have sex. He did not say, "get married, then go and have sex."
As far as being a Christian, that is for me to know.

Well, clearly I believe in it, because it happens. Haha, I also agree with having sex before marriage. In fact, while I am getting married in a church, I don't actually believe that the ritual. I do believe in commitment.
As for whether or not I'm a Chrisitian, I come from a long line of Baptist ministers, was raised that way and went to church every weekend until the age of 18, attended Sunday school, teen clubs and even private Christian schooling. I endured all the brain washing and attempted programing, but I've since rejected such veiws. Of course, at one point in my life I accepted Jesus and some would argue once you do that there is no going back and would call me a Christian, but of course, there would have to be a Jesus for that.

It depends if you want to be with the person or do you just want sex. I'm not practicing christianity, but once I was. And for some of the reason that people say that they are christian, but just skip or only read the verses in the bible that fit their lives. Just to let you know that the Bible is not favoring sex before marriage.

Well I don't believe we should have sex before marriage. But I am talking about spiritual marriage. When you are faithful to one person than to me you are married in God eye so I don't think that you should have sex until you are with the person that you believe that you will spend the rest of your life with. I say get the paper because that is how you will be taking care if something should happen and your spouse die. But your are married the day that you lay down and have sex with someone that you only want to be with.

Marriage is not all about sex, it is only a part. I am Christian and don't believe in sex before marriage. However, I am 31 y/o and I didn't wait before my marraige. Now I am divorced, don't know if that contributed to it. I just feel that as adults you know what you are doing and you live with the consequences. Sometimes things just happen and you can't or won't control it. God is forgiving though-not to justify this behavior, but he is.

I am a Christian, or Catholic, I had sex before marriage so yeah I believe in it- but it is also each person own choice- I don't think that a religion should dictate to us as to how we live our life's, as long as we go to church, believe in the Lord and accept what ever wrath He so decides to send down on us who have had sex before marriage. In my case he gave me my wrath in the form of a son who has been in trouble with the law, drugs, prisons, jails etc... since the kid turned 13 years old! No he wasn't my first born- but if he had been I for sure would not have had a second one!!

Im a Christian and I do believe in sex before marriage. You test drive a car before you buy it don't you? You don't want to spend all that money to find out the car doesn't run right. Same thing, you don't want to spend all the time and money to marry someone and find out they dont run right either! LOL thats just my opinion tho, but hey, it's worth ten points isn't it!

I do not think sex before marriage is a good idea... It clouds a persons judgment. Having good sex is not what makes a relationship good. It takes much, much more than that including: common interests, common goals, common beliefs, etc... I hear people say that "you need to find out if they are good in bed or not." Think about it though! Do you really want someone to marry you only for your body? What is going to happen later in life when things change? Or what if you have a baby (now that changes things!!!)? I also hear people say that you need to find out if your compatible or not. What??? If you both have the correct parts then of course your "compatible!"
Sex is a good thing! It was created by God for us to enjoy (that answers your question about me being a Christian). I say wait! Save yourself for your Husband/Wife! It is a precious gift for a special night... Your wedding night!
