Mine would either be Mothman Prophecies...just because I live around the area that supposedly happend and the part where the mothman shows up in the mirror has altered my ability to look into a mirror at night. Other than that it was just a cool movie.
or any of the Freddy Krueger movies, that guy's just ...extremely scary to me for some reason
The new Dead Silence that's coming out looks like it'll really scare the sh*t out of me too.
My top fears like that are privacy invading, (like freddy and mothman) porcelin dolls and ventriliquist dummies. Mostly anything with eyes that look at you when you dont want to be looked at.

The exorcist is pretty darn scary.
More recent though, I would say The Ring. I don't know what it is about that movie, it's just messed up.
I rented it and after watching it I hit 'menu' and there was one thing that said 'Don't watch this'. So of course I hit 'enter' and it was the same exact video that the people in the movie watch. Scared the beejeebees out of me!! I would have passed out if my phone had rung! lol

"The Thing" with Kurt Russell. That was just nothing but a lot of blood, a lot of guts, people and dogs getting ripped from the inside out, hands getting ripped off, just very scary aliens!

Probably Seven. as an adult because of the ending with her head in the box. But as kid I was totally freaked out by ther movie The Thing. I thought he was in me bedroom closet for weeks.

i saw this movie once where this lady gets her stomach drilled through a floor and blood goes everywhere in the living room not too scary but i think i took a dump in my pants lol
