you have an ingrown toenail that is now also infected-- you must see a doctor- and make it a PODIATRIST- that is the name of the doctor that specializes in feet .......go like tomorrow- you probably will need antibiotics too because it is infected.......

You should be soaking that toe in warm salt water for 15 minutes 4 times a day to help localize the infection. Even if you get a doc appointment, do the soaking.

O.K. You are going to need a doctor for this one.But it is late where you are.Go to the grocery store and get epsom salts and soak your foot with it.It is cheap but it will help ease your symptoms until tomorrow. This really works good.

Go to the doctor! You have an infection that requires antibiotics. If you don't get treatment it will only get worse and you risk the infection becoming systemic.

Are you a diabetic, if not sure i would check it out. Oral abts are probably in order but have you tried otc abt like noesporin? It sounds like you let it go too long without abt therapy. Also keep it clean and dry if possible
