I recently go into a fight with a couple of my friends Hailey & Crissy. Hailey (&Kyra who i'll intro later) are pretty, popular, and every likes them. Some would consider them preppy. Crissey and me on the other are almost Hailey and Kyra's opposite. People would consider me and Crissey emo or goth. Crissey could care less what people think about her wheras i care what everyone says. So crissey and hailey would always get into fights and call each other b*%&@'s and talk about how the other was a complete jerk. They would make me choose sides which i could never do. So i tried getting them to at least get along when coming in contact with each other. Crissey agreed after my second atempt. Hailey, however refused. She didn't want to try so i became very upset with her because crissey absolutly is appaled by hailey yet still made an effort. So Hailey became mad at me for 'trying to make her do something she didn't want to.'

Then Kyra told us that we had t get along other wise she wouldn't be either of our friend's. I said okay to give hailey time to consider the perposal. We haven't talked since, both Kyra and Hailey. Which both by the way happen to still be friends. Now it doesn't even seem like they miss me as if we were never friends in the first place. I really love them. they are the kind of friends you could tell anyhting to and they would be there to comfort you and support you. I want to make up but don't know hpw about doing it. They seem like they never cared about our friendship. What shoukd i do?!?!Please help!!!! I am so stressed and ready to cry my eyes out!!!!!

welcome to life young lady.
You will meet and befriend many people in your lifetime who will disappoint, hurt and abandon you!
Please take some time and do some soul searching, you need to improve your self-esteem.
A more confident you, not arrogant or stuck-up, will attract people and your so-called friends won't take you for granted.
One more thing, never be afraid to stand alone.

It's funny how much everyones opinions seem to matter in high school, but when you get out a get a few years on down the line you realize that none of those people contributed to your life and where it is going. You should ask both your friends to reconcile their differences for your sake if anything. It can't be that hard to put small things, especially differences in clicks or styles, behind you and just strive to have the best time you can while you are young and have nothing like bills and college and stalkers and all the wierd things life will throw at you to worry about.

Spend time with them separately. You can't force good or civil behavior on people.
