No, I don't think so. He's just twisted. If you watch Cartoon Network on the weekdays, you can somewhat catch-up with the series (they're on the Chunin Exams right now).

Lol he isnt gay XD People say he is because he wants to live eternally, so he takes over peoples bodies and since he wants to take over Sasuke's body, people say he's gay. He said once that he'll wait till Sasuke grew up to be more of his type, so that mightve hinted it... But all he wants is to have a nice looking boy to take over ^.^ Doesnt mean he's gay. Just... Retarded.

a lot of people say he's gay, because he wants sasuke's body n because he looks gay, and is always around kabuto. but in the anime he is not gay yet..... n i don't think hishimoto is going to make him gay in the future.... y do u want to noe so much?? u like orochimaru?? ewwwww....
