No there is no hidden account,as in XP,the pc owner or the primary account has all the admin priviledges and can designate said priviledges as he/she wishes'
The primary account should be password protected and the guest account for example should be used for all other users including your self so that if you get a virus for example you can then sign in as admin and get rid of the virus which is not in the admin account and or delete the guest account and the virus/program with it :)
