They're saving their new episodes for April sweeps. That's when they get the most viewers, and that's what determines how much advertisers will spend, and on what shows. It's all about the almighty dollar!
You should be getting a new eppy about a week from now.
(But I agree too - enough already! We love the show, and want to see new ones!)

You can usually guarantee new episodes of your favorite shows will be new in "sweeps" months (September, November, February, and May). These are the months TV show ratings really matter to the networks, because the advertising rates they charge are based on the ratings their shows receive during these time periods. That's why most of the really good episodes are saved for these months. Reruns are also the networks' way of stretching out the seasons of their popular shows.
The month of March is always hit and miss for new episodes of anything, because of all of the basketball coverage; especially on CBS (CSI's network).

It's sweeps season, when all the stations go into reruns with certain shows so that they can try and win viewers with the reality shows.
Also, TV series don't make as many shows as they used to during a season, so they unfortunately have to take breaks in airing new episodes.
