thank you all I have been at the hospital but I came home today because he has been doing good untill yesterday they just kept saying he has pain in his lungs and stuff because of the impact today was the first day he has even seen the internal medicine doctor who wanted another CT scan done to check his insides, because she felt there was still something else wrong too.

OMG Angel....I am so sorry.
Call the doctor. I am sure they are doing everything they can to help him, and may only be holding off on surgery because of dangers of doing so at this time. The doctor can give you a better idea....also, ask the doctor to be honest with you.

hmm im not a doctor or even close, but only a very few things can stop internal bleeding. which are surgery and most important TIME. your body works in amazing ways. im sure if its been a week since the incident then the body has stopped bleeding. i would make sure he doesnt do anything active for a while which could disrupt the healing and cuz the bleeding to start again. sry im not much help. but hey atleast i tried : / and he has my prayers.

I'm very sorry to hear about your father. They will quickly determine what they need to do to stop the bleeding so don't worry about. Your father is going through a very rough situation. Give your mom good support and tell her that you'd like to visit your dad as soon as possible even if he's not doing well. Take care and I'll pray for your dad.

I am so sorry for what you are going through. You should speak to his nurse. Ask her/him all your questions, this is the person caring for him and should be able to answer your questions regarding his condition and treatments. I would think that the bleeding will either stop on its own, just like when you get a cut, or he will have to have some type of surgery. Good luck.

If these were major bleeds they would have been detected earlier and dealt with possibly by surgury.
if the bleeding is minor , the doctor may feel it is better to see if it will heal on its own , possibly with drugs to assist clotting , rather than risk surgery to do it.
The head injury is possibly the worst potentially.
See if you can talk to his Doctor , even by phone, and get more information.
If he is awake , and talking with people , he should make a good recovery.
