Can I assess Health Insurance that could cover Fertility Treatment, the details of the Policy and Premium?

Precisely, IVF (In-vitro) Fertilization. Can my wife and i assess Health insurance Policy that could cover this treatment, and what are the conditions, premium either weekly, bi-monthly or monthly? And how soon can the policy be effective from the first day of cover?

I've never heard of an insurance policy that pays for fertility treatments, especially a private policy. It's considered a voluntary procedure.

i highly doubt it because it is not something that is a heath risk which makes it not a necessity
