Well there are two options to watch it streaming online without downloading.
One is to go to http://www.youtube.com and put in Gakuen Alice and you'll find the anime
The other is crunchyroll : http://www.crunchyroll.com/
which you can find gakuen alice there also and organized easier to watch then youtube (reg is free on there)
