Purely cultural.
In Japanese culture, white is the color associated with death and brown with growth and the fertility of freshly turned earth.

Carole, I think you exaggerated a bit about this black,bad X white,good issue. At least in this particular case black is associated to bad things, death (in western cultures) mainly because of frivolous comparisons (dark sky means rain, clear sky means a sunny day) and judeo-christian beliefs. (In the beginning it was dark, whatever). Some people over rate those things because they see conspiring evidence in prejudice in every possible way, so be careful and be happy!

my brother I'm what we call black. now man came from the earth, is that white (no) woman came form rib of man. is she white (no) there fore the white color came from the journey of man on earth lost in the ice age. his skin started to change and his generation, but when they saw the original color of man it wasn't who new of dark skined people from before , and then came the fear, the dark ran and the pale chased and the rest is why the world is what it is today. most white and other races are slowly accepting what they lost of not being black and the others just can't get over the jealousy of the black skin and that reflects the hate. remember the hardest color to make is black. and gods sun that shines on us shows who hurts the most. you should see my complexion now after 20 years in USA. IT BECAME BROWN.

stable question.... Jesus is frequently depicted as a white individual additionally... those photos and pictures are made up by persons in that individual's very own photograph, i assume.... i might say Jesus replaced into darkish skinned, or like a midsection *** individual immediately. God isn't a individual in keeping with se so i do no longer think of He has a epidermis color. even in spite of the shown fact that, the colour white is frequently linked with purity mutually as the colour black is linked with darkness.

That is part of what amazes me. This is one of the ways that they subliminally send their messages to the population
However it is not true for every language. I forgot but in some place the gods are black and the devil is white

Darkness is associated with evil. So is night. Day is light. Light is represented by the color white. Black=night=scary=sin=filth
White=light=happy=goodness
This has nothing to do at all with race or color. Black people are brown-skinned. White people aren't pure white. This has nothing to do at all with racial prejudice. There would be less if people stopped accusing old traditions of being racist. It doesn't matter what color you think stands for good or which one stand for evil. It's not what you look like, it's what YOU DO! there would be much, much less talk of racism if people stopped talking about it. Leave colors alone.
By the way, the Jews have had it much harder than the blacks ever had. Don't believe me? read some history and get in touch with reality.

In Japan, white is evil and black is good. That's why ninjas wear black and not white.

Geeze Louise. You can't attribute Racial attributes to an inanimate object. These phrases have NOTHING to due with differing races at all.

The color white is associated with purity but not many white people are the color white, they are just called that. They are more of a off-white, peachy color.
