okay, if you had to choose between your friend and your country, which would you chose? why?

Of cousre I will chose my friend. Cuz, contry can be changed and citizenship can be bough but friends can never be!

I would pick country. I fought for this country when I was in the Army overseas. I would miss my friend but I would save more people by chosing country.

if u dont choose country, u both die cuz ur country loses or gets bombed or w/e right?
so u have to choose country, and then u live, might lose the friend for a lil, but u can meet back up with him later

I would have to discuss this with my friend first, and understand why my country or my friend is giving me such an ultimatum. Assume that both my friend and my country are dear to me...and more than likely I would think my friend was for my country to being with. Since the question is vague there are numerous answers and possibilities to this question.
