No religion
No disco music
No credit cards

I am not sure this is what you wanted, but this is what I have come up with:
- Do no harm
- Total respect for privacy
- Protect our environment
- Domestic currency does not need to be on a gold standar
- Every citizen receives a basic existence provided free of charge (room, board, health and education) - if you want to do stuff and really live you need to work
Your question reminds me of a terrific Heinlein novel called For Us the Living (http://www.amazon.com/Us-Living-Comedy-Customs/dp/0743491548/ref=pd_bbs_sr_1/103-9453818-0843024?ie=UTF8&s=books&qid=1174014381&sr=1-1 ) - I think that would be Utopia for me.
