If you are a maximum fashion diva , then open your mouth and prove you're an idiot - people will run away .
You will look good and be alone .
People with only fashion , usually cannot afford it very long because they be poor and unemployed.
Intelligence will carry you through life and get you good jobs (where you can afford veryyy good fashion) .

They're both pretty important, depending on the situation. Your appearance is the first clue people have about you, and like it or not you are judged by your appearance in the first 5 seconds of meeting someone new! But follow it up with intelligence or you'll just be a vapid fashion plate. Cultivate both - they're not mutually exclusive.

For most people now-a-days, fashion is more important. They get so caught up in silly fads, when in the long run, if they hadnt spent so much time worrying about fashion, they would have a greater IQ, and would be more capable of a better job.

If you're intelligent enough, you can start your own fashion empire and sell clothes to people who are stupid enough to pay $150 for jeans or $1000 for a purse (that cost you like $5 to make) simply because you slapped your name brand on them!
